New 3DPC series have compact structure, easy to install.Have a 12V 500mA output to supply to camera. Easy to operate, output high precision voltage, can provide high precision control to LED light. It can be controlled by button or RS232, realized 0-255 grade brightness adjustment. 3DPC series controller can be used as common LED light controller, and can achieve to trigger control also ( Trigger by RS232, or external trigger). 3DPC series controller supply to lights which has high requirement of brightness control. It is preferred light controller to high-end machine vision system.

Connection step:
Step 1: connected the light and controller (Reference to the picture on the right).
Step 2: if need the external trigger control, please connect the external trigger signal with the controller trigger interface.
Step 3: connect power (AC100-240V 50/60 Hz), press the red switch “-”, indicator light up, “o” uplifted, power on.
Step 4: If need to control the luminance by PC, please connect the PC with controller by RS232 data line in the power off status, then control by our demo program or the program you write yourself. Can set-up the each channel parameter manual when operated by serial port mode. That’s to say, the upper computer and controller all can set-up the parameter, no need mode swapping.
The trigger mode of this series controller is high level trigger. There are 18 ports in trigger port, representing 8 channels and a set of 12V 500mA voltage signal output. The 8 channels are respectively marked with + and -, and the trigger function can be realized by inputting 5-24V high level at + and -ports.
Trigger instruction: the controller is in the normal on mode, H 1 mode. Input high level 5-24V at the trigger port, and the light is off. The controller is in normal off mode, H 0 mode, input high level 5-24V at the trigger port, and the light is on.
Description: T1 is the trigger delay time of turned off the light, T2 is the time of turned off light after trigger, and T3 is the trigger delay time when the light is turned on,T1≤60us,T3≤60us.
